At least three people are dead and eight others wounded after an attack on a Mormon church in the US state of Michigan. Officials say the attack happened during a Sunday service that attracted hundreds of people. In his recent policy address, Chief Executive John Lee announced plans to set up a one-stop platform mobilising Hong Kong's overseas offices managed by the Trade Development Council as well as InvestHK - the government agency responsible for attracting foreign direct investment. In an exclusive interview with RTHK, the agency's director-general Alpha Lau said she welcomed the move, saying it aligns with InvestHK's mission of helping mainland firms using the SAR as a springboard to grow their business overseas. Clean-up efforts are under way in Ukraine's capital, after hundreds of Russian drones and missiles rained down on Kyiv and other parts of the country into Sunday. At least four people were killed and dozens more injured, in what was one of the most sustained attacks on the city since the war began. Jamie Clarke reports:

Russia warns Nato on its anti-Moscow stance

Meanwhile, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has warned Nato and the European Union that any aggression against Russia would be met with a decisive response. Tensions between Russia and Nato have increased in recent weeks, as Estonia accused Moscow of sending three fighter jets into its airspace, while Nato jets shot down Russian drones in Polish airspace. Lavrov was speaking at the United Nations General Assembly:
