Meanwhile, China, Russia and other members of the United Nations Security Council condemned the US raid, with Beijing saying it was “deeply shocked” by what it described as the ‘bullying’ behaviour by the United States. In Caracas, Venezuela's vice president, Delcy Rodriguez was sworn in as interim president, expressing pain for what she described as the kidnapping of two heroes who are being held hostage. Hongkongers have been flocking to the new East Coast boardwalk, connecting North Point promenade with Quarry Bay.
