Mimi Li, an associate professor at the Polytechnic University's School of Hotel and Tourism Management, said the park suffered financially not just because there were no mainland or international visitors, but also probably because people did not spend too much money there. She told Violet Wong that the new Frozen-themed area would drive revenue for the park but a potential manpower shortage could weigh on its recovery:

Watchdog finds doctors not present at some health checks  Listenfacebook
People have been urged to pay close attention to health check-ups and what exactly they include and to seek advice from their doctors. The call came from the Consumer Council after it looked into 33 health check plans between February and March and found 15 of them provided less than half of the basic examination items. Kyrus Siu, from the council, said 10 of the plans did not involve a doctor in diagnosis, which he said was not ideal. He spoke to Vanessa Cheng:

MBA student, Tennia Chung, who chaired the forum's organising committee, said over 3,000 tonnes of food waste was generated daily in Hong Kong. She said fibres from crab and shrimp could be used to make sustainable clothing, and she had also bought a pair of shoes made from apple waste. She told Vicky Wong that while most food waste was unavoidable, people could make environmentally-conscious fashion choices:

Thai opposition defeats military parties  Listenfacebook
Supporters of Thailand's reformist opposition party, Move Forward, have been celebrating after it won the most votes in Sunday's election - in a resounding rejection of the military-backed parties that have ruled the country for nearly a decade. But it is not known if the party's leader, Pita Limjaroenrat, will become the next prime minister.
