That's according to legislator Duncan Chiu, who also believes it'll take some time for the city to go from a tech "follower" to "creator". Lawmaker Thomas So says a bill passed by the country's top legislature endorsing co-location arrangements for the new Huanggang Port signalled the central government's strong support for the SAR. The bill was passed by the National People's Congress Standing Committee last week. It authorises Hong Kong to exercise jurisdiction over its side of the boundary control point. So, who's a member of the Legislative Council's security panel, told Janice Lo that the co-location arrangements will make it more convenient for travellers.

The Prince of Wales Hospital says it is detecting serious spinal cases faster and helping patients while they wait for specialist appointments -- by having physiotherapists and bone specialists work as a team at an integrated clinic. The hospital launched the clinic two years ago, after finding that waiting times to see an orthopaedic surgeon had been taking longer. So far, almost 2,500 patients have been triaged at the clinic, with less than 2 percent needing urgent care by specialists. Senior Physiotherapist Chloe Leung told Belle Yip that hundreds of patients have received physio treatment to help ease their pain while they wait to see bone specialists.
