This came as Chief Executive John Lee is set to lead a delegation of high-level business representatives to Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan early next month to explore business opportunities. Last year, China Mobile International signed a strategic agreement with the Akashi Data Centre in Kazakhstan to use the facility as its primary cloud hub in Central Asia. The World Health Organisation says the fast-moving Ebola epidemic in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Uganda is outpacing response efforts. The latest number of suspected deaths from the outbreak is 220, with more than 900 suspected cases. Two new cases have been reported in Uganda. Doctors operating on the front lines of the fight in Congo, already grappling with shortages of basic supplies, are now also having to deal with attacks on their facilities and fleeing patients as the virus spreads rapidly. Indonesian farmers try camels for Festival of Sacrifice

More than 1.8 million animals, mostly goats and sheep, are sacrificed in Indonesia every year for the Muslim Eid al-Adha festival. Some farmers in East Java are now experimenting with camels as they look to offset the low prices of the more common meats. One man takes care of 32 camels imported from Australia in the hope of breeding and eventually selling them as sacrifice. Nazvi Careem reports.
