Hong Kong stocks ended on Friday morning with further losses, extending this week's sell-off fuelled by concerns over protests that hit this city as well as China-US trade war uncertainty.
The Hang Seng Index fell 0.5 percent, to 27,153 by the break.
On the mainland, the Shanghai Composite Index slipped 0.2 percent, to 2,903 while the Shenzhen Composite Index shed 0.6 percent, to 1,522. (AFP)
