Rebeca Andrade of Brazil got the better of American Simone Biles in the women’s floor exercise final on Monday, bringing the artistic gymnastics competition to an end at the Paris Olympics.

Andrade brought flair to her routine at the Bercy Arena, as she executed every move with precision to earn a difficulty score of 5.900 and an execution score of 8.266, to bring the total to 14.166.

This is the Brazilian's first gold medal in Paris after she won two silvers in the all-around and vault and a bronze in the team event.

Biles, who was the floor champion in Rio in 2016, brought the highest difficulty of 6.900 to the competition with skills named after her.

She completed her routine with incredible height and technique, but she stepped out of bounds which led to a penalty.

Biles ended up with a final score of 14.133 to win silver.

The 27-year-old finished the Paris Games with three golds and one silver.

Biles’ teammate Jordan Chiles was the final performer of the competition, and was fifth after her routine.

But her score was bumped to a 13.766 after an inquiry, beating out Ana Barbosu of Romania for the bronze.

China’s Ou Yushan finished eighth of the nine competitors with a score of 13.000.
