Sora the AI video maker, Sam Altman's plan to raise trillions and methane-tracking satellite

OpenAI has introduced its new text-to-video generator, Sora. Tell it what you envision, like "giant wooly mammoths treading through a snowy meadow" or "historical footage of California during the gold rush", and the AI model will create the scene as described.

Sora isn't available to the public yet, but the cyber world is already impressed by how realistic the demo videos are.
