OpenAI vs GPT-4o Who gets the crown, Neuralink Blindsight device

It’s been over a week since OpenAI unveiled its refreshed reasoning model — o1, although it’s sparked debate whether it’s better than the current iteration, GPT-4o.  

While the tech startup acknowledges that GPT-4o is still the best option for most tasks, many who have tested o1 agree the successor is better at solving complex problems and writing codes.
