The annual Two Sessions is under way in Beijing.
Members of the country's legislature, the National People's Congress, and the top political advisory body, the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, are meeting in the capital to map out China's future directions.
On Wednesday, China unveiled its economic growth forecast for 2025 at the opening of the NPC session.
