Five arrested over trafficking of HK residents

Police have arrested five people they believe helped trick Hong Kong residents into travelling to Southeast Asia, where they were detained and forced to take part in fraudulent activities. The number of suspected victims of the trafficking gangs has now risen to 36. Kelly Yu reports:
Injured MIRROR dancer makes 'minor progress'

The father of a dancer who was seriously hurt in an accident at a concert of local boyband, MIRROR, last month says his son has only made very minor progress in his recovery. Lee Kai-yin was struck by a giant video screen that fell onto the stage as the band was appearing at the Hong Kong Coliseum. Damon Pang reports:
HK Covid cases hit four-month high of 6,500

Covid cases in Hong Kong have hit a four-month high. The Centre for Health Protection says it recorded 6,513 new coronavirus infections on Sunday, 237 of them imported. Officials urged people to seek treatment from a doctor if they have symptoms of the virus that persist, no matter how mild. Joanne Wong reports:
John Lee demands students tell good HK story

Singapore's Prime Minister says the country will repeal the colonial-era Section 377A of its Penal Code, thereby repealing a ban on sex between men. Same-sex marriage will remain illegal.
