Swimmer Chan Yui-lam grabbed a silver medal for Hong Kong at the Asian Para Games on Wednesday, finishing second in the women's 100-metre breaststroke race.
Her time of 1 minute and 20.69 seconds in the SB14 event was second to Japan's Mikika Serizawa, whose 1 minute and 16.85 seconds was a new Asian record. Fellow Hongkonger Cheung Ho-ying finished fifth.
Chan said she was satisfied with her medal as this was not her main event.
She said her sights are now set on the 100-metre butterfly event on Thursday, saying she wants to achieve a new personal best in the upcoming race.
The 20-year-old rising star has won three medals in Hangzhou so far.
