The voter turnout rate for the geographical constituency races of the 2025 Legislative Council elections passed 15 percent as of 1.30pm on Sunday.
The Registration and Electoral Office said 627,139 voters had cast ballots over the first six hours of voting, representing 15.2 percent of eligible voters.
New Territories South West saw the highest number and percentage of voters, with 15.9 percent of the electorate having voted, while turnout at Kowloon West was the lowest at 14.53 percent.
The turnout was higher for functional constituency races at 18.6 percent, and for the Election Committee constituency, at 88.8 percent. Polls close at 11.30 pm on Sunday.
