Athlete Tiffany Yue on Monday won a bronze medal in the women’s long jump event at the Asian Games, breaking the Hong Kong record.
Yue made 6.21 metres in her opening jump, and produced her best leap of 6.50 metres at her second attempt.
She finished behind China’s Xiong Shiqi and India’s Ancy Sojan Edappilly, who had jumps of 6.73 and 6.63 metres respectively.
