Bangladesh have advanced to the semi-finals in women's cricket – at the expense of Hong Kong – without a ball being bowled at the Asian Games in Hangzhou.
Their quarter-final match on Friday was called off because of rain, and Bangladesh won through because they are seeded higher.
In football, the SAR's women's team got off to a losing start in group E.
They were beaten three-one by the Philippines.
After Sarina Bolden opened the scoring for the Philippines from the penalty spot, Cheung Wai-ki equalised for the SAR later in the first half.
With the match appearing to head for a draw, the Philippines scored twice in the closing minutes to seal victory through Quinley Quezada and Katrina Guillou.
The Hong Kong men's football team, meanwhile, was defeated one-nil by Uzbekistan in Group C.
