Hong Kong's women's rugby sevens team beat Thailand on Tuesday in the bronze medal match at the Asian Games in Hangzhou.
Chong Ka-yan scored a try in the first five minutes and then Jessica Ho kicked the conversion to put the SAR at 7-0 in the first half.
Thanaporn Huankid gave Thailand a fighting chance by scoring a try within the first three minutes of the second half.
With great defence, however, the Hong Kong team maintained a 7-5 score to the end, securing them a spot on the podium.
